The food here was so good! Everything tasted super fresh, especially the veggies. The place was really clean, and the staff were super friendly. I love that you can pick your own rice and sides. It’s very customizable. The food was packed with flavor and really affordable too. I highly recommend get one of their rice bowls. I also got some shrimp chips and they were delicious and they brought them to our table hit and fresh. It was amazing. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again sometime.

The food here never disappoints. It’s always high quality, delicious and fresh. I’ve eaten and ordered take out from this location and the one downtown and have always been satisfied. I love the little oven that they put your takeout order in to keep it warm. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The portions are also very generous for the cost. Lots of different ways to customize. I like the bowls but their bing wraps are very yummy too. Will definitely continue to go here!

The food was very enjoyable. The vegetables were fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The sweet potato fries were just ok. I had to wait for them but they were overly cooked. Store was clean and staff were friendly. Prices were reasonable as well.

Silantra should expand nationwide but please don’t lose the quality!!!! Wow! I loved it so much, I had to talk myself out of getting another bowl. Delicious and fresh. I really enjoyed my meal. It’s after I pretty much demolished my food, I remembered to take a pic. What do you mean I get to have seaweed and cucumber kimchi in a bowl?!!!! Happy belly, happy Mellie!!!

This is one of our go-to lunch spots for a quick in-and out. If you know, you know—Silantra is one of those neighborhood gems that makes you thankful it’s close by. Every time I stop in, Sam and his family are there, quietly working hard and minding their business, just making great food the way it should be done. The flavors are always fresh, consistent, and creative. The menu takes familiar ingredients and gives them an unforgettable twist—whether it’s their signature rolls, bowls, or the sauces that take everything to the next level. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the prep. What I love most is the atmosphere: no frills, no drama, just a family-owned spot focused on serving great food to the community. That’s rare to find, and it shows in every bite. Silantra isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a staple. If you’re in the area and haven’t been yet, you’re missing out on one of the hardest-working, best-kept secrets in town.

Thanks for supporting the library’s summer reading program! We stopped in for our girls to redeem their lunch prizes & they both loved their custom-made bing & bowl! Even the 6 year old said, I could eat that every day! And our 13 year old who loves poke bowls, enjoyed the similar concept as a burrito (bing) & had half leftover! Great value, friendly, helpful staff, kid-friendly cute coloring pages, clean restroom, easy parking, quick & convenient. And most of all, delicious & healthy!! The outdoor picnic are looked very cute too.

Awesome concept with a wide variety of options and toppings. The meat or veggie base you pick determines the price and then add whatever else you want. No special toppings for an extra cost. You can really build this to be a light, healthy wrap or a dense, hefty wrap. Everything was cooked well. The meat was tender, not dry. The cooked veggies weren't overcooked or soft. Salad mix very crisp and fresh. Their cucumber kimchi was flavorful. My only "complaint" is the flavor, or lack thereof of individual ingredients. I would have thought their meats would have been seasoned and the pickled carrots were barely that. Beyond the kimchi (flavorful) and maybe the wasabi slaw (I did not try), not much else has seasoning. The flavor of the wrap is almost entirely dependent on the sauce you pick. Without sauce, you'll likely have a very bland wrap. The wrap itself has a very very light scallion flavor, not the amount of flavor I was expecting. For those wanting stand alone flavors without being doused in sauce, perhaps this is not for you. If you love your sauces, you'll be fine and I highly recommend Silantra!
